济宁市产前诊断出生缺陷的流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的：了解济宁市产前诊断出生缺陷发生情况，为防止出生缺陷的发生提供科学依据。方法：收集2010年1月1日～2012年12月31日济宁市所有妊娠中疑似出生缺陷，在济宁市妇幼保健院确诊并进行引流产全部2294个病例的产前诊断资料。病例资料全部采用Excel录入，用SPSSl8．0统计软件进行数据的分析。结果：济宁市产前诊断出生缺陷的发生率为76．50／万，发生出生缺陷孕妇年龄为23．29±6．8岁，出生缺陷以中枢神经系统发育缺陷比例最高，占26．29％，发生率为20．11／万；其次为心血管系统疾病，占19．88％，发生率为15．21／万；再次为面耳颈部异常所占比例为15．61％，发生率为11．94／万。结论：济宁市出生缺陷的发生率低于全国水平，以中枢神经系统发育缺陷比例最高，应多方面采取措施，预防出生缺陷的发生。Objective ： To explore the distribution and prevalence of birth defects in Jining City, so as to explore the effective intervention strategy and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of birth defects. Methods ： According to the national di- agnostic criteria, data of 2294 cases of birth defects discovered through prenatal diagnosis were collected in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Jining between January 1,2010 and December 31,2012. SPSS18.0 statistical software for data analy- sis was used. Results ： The incidence of birth defects was 76.50 per 10 thousand. The average age of pregnant women was 23. 29 ＋6.8 years old. Abnormal development of central nervous system was the most common birth defects （26. 29% , 20.11 per 10 thousand）, followed by abnormalities of cardiovascular system （ 19.88% , 15.21 per 10 thousand） and the face, ears, neck （ 15.61% , 11.94 per 10 thousand）. Conclusion： The incidence of birth defects in Jining City is lower than the national average. The highest percentage of defects is the abnormal development of central nervous system. Various measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of birth defects.
