摘 要:肺癌作为严重威胁人类健康和生命的恶性肿瘤其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。肺癌生物治疗是一种利用细胞生物学与分子生物学手段调节机体免疫系统功能或肿瘤生长,从而达到抑瘤目的的治疗方法,是继手术、放疗、化疗模式之后新兴的治疗手段,它具有常规治疗方法无可比拟的优势,并显示出良好的临床应用前景。该文就树突状细胞疫苗、相关肿瘤抗原疫苗、肿瘤细胞疫苗、过继性细胞免疫治疗和分子靶向治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。The incidence of lung cancer is increasing rapidly and it severely endangers human health and life. The biotherapy of lung cancer is a new treatment model of cancer besides surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, to regulate the function of immune system and/or growth in tumors, and then kill and eliminate tumor ceils by means of cell and molecular biology. So it has advantages compared with routine treatment, especially on the basis of the rapid development of modem immunology and biotechnology, lung cancer bio- therapy has seen a great clinical application potential. Here is to make a review of the research mainly focu- sing on the recent progress of dendritic cell-based vaccine, tumor-associated antigens vaccine, tumor cell vaccine, adoptive immunotherapy, and molecular targeted therapy.
