摘　　要：目的探讨不同种方法对妊娠期龈炎的预防效果,以寻求效果较好的预防方法。方法将2010年1月至2012年6月在吉林油田总医院进行孕前咨询和检查的48例妇女分为三组,各16例,健康指导组(A组)进行孕前口腔健康教育、口腔卫生指导,处理组(B组)在A组的基础上进行预防性超声波洁治,对照组(C组)暂不采取任何干预措施。三组妇女均在孕前和妊娠6个月时进行牙龈指数(GI)、简化软垢指数(DI-S)、简化牙石指数(CI-S)的检查。结果妊娠6个月时与孕前基线相比,A组、B组GI显著下降(P<0.05),C组显著上升(P<0.05),A组CI-S无明显变化(P>0.05),B组CI-S显著下降(P<0.05),C组CI-S显著上升(P<0.05),A组、B组DI-S显著下降(P<0.05),C组显著上升(P<0.05)。B组在妊娠6个月时DI-S、CI-S、GI改善情况优于A组和C组(P<0.05)。结论孕前口腔健康教育、口腔卫生指导并作预防性洁治对妊娠期龈炎的预防效果优于孕前口腔健康教育、口腔卫生指导。Objective To compare the effectiveness of different methods in pregnancy women in preven- ting pregnancy gingivitis to find out better solution. Methods Forty-eight pre-pregnancy women admitted to Jilin Oilfield General Hospital from Jan. 2010 to Jun. 2012 were divided into three groups,each of 16 cases, health guidance group（A） received pre-pregnancy oral health education and oral hygiene instruction, treatment group（B） received ultrasonic scaling prevention on the basis of group A and control group （C） received no interventions temporarily. Gingival index （ GI ）, simplified debris index （ DI-S ）, simplified calculus index （CI-S） checks of the three groups before pregnancy and at the gestation of six months were done. Results The DI-S and GI of group B and group A obviously decreased at the sixth month of pregnancy （ P 〈 0.05 ）, comparing with the baseline of pre-pregnancy. CI-S of group A was not significantly changed（ P 〉 0.05 ）, CI-S of group B was obviously decreased, and the GI, DI-S and CI-S of group C obviously increased at the sixth month of preguancy（P 〈0.05）. Compared with group A and C,DI-S,CI-S,and GI of group B were statistically more improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Oral health education, oral hygiene instruction ＆ ultrasonic scaling for has a better effect in preventing pregnancy gingivitis than only oral health education and oral hygiene instruc- tion.
