摘 要:煤层气深冷液化前,为避免CO2固化堵塞管路,必须首先脱除CO2等酸性气体。采用化工模拟软件,模拟醇胺法脱除煤层气中CO2工艺流程,分析不同组成、不同配比的醇胺溶液对CO2脱除效果的影响,寻找性能较优的吸收剂。研究结果表明,在相同的再生负荷下,添加二乙醇胺(DEA)后效果较佳,其对CO2的吸收性能优于叔胺(MDEA),而再生性能优于碱性较强的一乙醇胺(MEA)。Before the cryogenic liquefaction of coal-bed methane, it is necessary to first remove the acid gas in the coal-bed methane such as CO2 in order to prevent the solidified CO2 from blocking up the pipeline. The chemical simulation software was used to simulate the process of CO2 removal from coal-bed methane by alkamine method, analysis was made on the influence of alkamine solution in different composition and proportion upon the CO2 removal effect, and a better absorber was found out. The research results showed that under the same regeneration load, the effect is the best after adding diethanolamine ( DEA), its absorption ability to CO: is superior to the tertiary amine (MDEA) and its regeneration ability is stronger than that of ethanol amine (MEA).
