摘 要:为使基于热重分析(TGA)的着火活化能方法适应低变质程度煤自燃特性的研究,令着火活化能的计算结果处于合理范围,应用理论分析、实验室试验等方法,首先分析着火活化能方法的理论依据。其次,根据煤样的工业分析试验结果,发现低变质程度不增重煤样具有挥发分产出初期速率较大的特点,挥发分的产出掩盖了煤样与氧结合的增重现象,并使描述化学反应的活化能数值不准确。最后,提出考虑挥发分产出初期质量损失的改进着火活化能方法,并通过实例验证该方法的可行性。研究结果表明,改进的着火活化能方法能够适应类似煤的复杂混合物的化学反应过程的研究,避免上述不合理试验结果的产生。In order to make ignition activation energy method which based on TGA adapt to studying the low metamorphic coal spontaneous combustion characteristics and ignition activation energy calculation results to be in a reasonable range, theoretical analysis, laboratory experiments and other methods were applied. Firstly, theoretical basis of ignition activation energy method which based on TGA experiment was analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of proximate analysis experiment of coal, it was found that no increase in weight of low metamorphic coal samples had the characteristics of larger initial rate of volatile output. Vola- tile output masked weight increase phenomenon of coal in combination with oxygen, and made activation energy which to describe the chemical reaction was not accurate. Finally, an improved ignition activation energy method which considers the initial mass loss of volatile output was worked out and feasibility of the method was demonstrated through example. The results show that improved ignition activation energy meth- od could be adapted to chemical reaction process of same as a complex mixture of coal, to avoid test results unreasonable.
