浅谈Pro/E在机构往复运动仿真中的设置

摘　　要：选用以参数化著称的集成化软件Pro/E,利用其Mechanism模块对多功能变形床进行运动仿真分析,以该床变形区中的抽屉在滑道中的往复运动为例,介绍了如何进行机构连接的设置,并对运动分析仿真的相关设置进行了详细的说明,针对匀速运动,采用两台伺服电动机驱动的方法,省去了采用一台所进行的繁琐的数据计算,使机构的运动分析仿真简单直观,省时快捷,对提高初学者的软件应用技巧大有裨益。This paper adopts the parameter for integrated soRware Pro/E, using the Mechanism module for the multifunctional deformable bed motion simulation analysis, takes the drawer reciprocate motion in the slipway in the deformation zone of the bed as an example, introduced how institutional settings for the connection, and the motion analysis of related simulation was also described in detail, for the uniform motion, the method of driving two servo motors compared with driving one can eliminating the complicated data calculation, can be time saving and convenient, and great advantage to improve the skills of using software for beginners.
