摘 要:为实现环境中对壬基酚同分异构体的检测,优化了气相色谱-质谱条件,从对壬基酚同分异构体混合物中分离出17种同分异构体;用气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器及面积归一化法确定了各同分异构体的质量比;采用内标法对含量较高的12种同分异构体进行了定量分析.地下水样品调整至pH<2后,采用二氯甲烷液液萃取测定.结果表明,对壬基酚同分异构体混合物总浓度在200~1000 μg/L和1000~ 8000 μg/L内,12种同分异构体的线性相关系数R2 >0.99;对1 L地下水样品,各同分异构体的方法检出限9.01~41.4 ng/L;方法回收率为69.4%~129.0%,相对标准偏差0.61%~14.0%(n=5).本方法灵敏度高,可靠性强,已用于地下水样品的检测.To determine isomers of pra-nonylphenol in groundwater, separation conditions of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were optimized and 17 isomers were identified from a technical pra-nonylphenol reference material; mass ratios of the isomers were calculated by gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID) and area normalization method; and 12 main isomers were detected using an internal standard quantitative method. Groundwater samples were prepared by adjusting solution's pH〈2 and following liquid-liquid extraction procedure with dichloromethane. The results showed that linear correlation coefficients (R2) of the 12 isomers were all 〉0.99 when the total nonylphenol concentrations were within 200-1000 μg/L and 1000-8000μg/L, respectively. For l-liter groundwater, the method detection limits of the 12 isomers ranged 9.01-41.4 ng/L; the method recoveries ranged deviations were 0.6%-14.0% (n = 5).
