树枝状大分子及其在分析化学中的应用

摘　　要：树枝状大分子是一类能够精确设计,通过枝化单元逐步重复增长人工合成出来的一类新型化合物。它们一般具有对称的高度枝化结构,分子内含有大量的空腔,同时表面分布大量的官能团,可以实现多种特殊的功能。本文介绍了树枝状大分子的基本概念,着重评述了树枝状大分子在分析化学中的最新应用,同时简单介绍了其在纳米科学、制药和临床医学等领域的一些应用情况。Dendrimers are a new type of macromolecules that could be synthesized by deliberate design and repeated procedures. They have hyperbranched structure, a lot of space inside and multiple functional groups on the surface of the nanosphere. As for now, there have been many reports about the applications of dendrimers. This review primarily focuses on their applications in analytical chemistry, and introduce several applications published recently. This review also mentioned several other aspects of dendrimers, including the preparation and their applications in the fields of nanotechnology, pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry etc
