摘　　要：围绕地方医学院校办学定位来确定人才培养目标,根据应用型人才的培养目标来优化实践教学体系,紧扣医药学人才职业技能需求来实施实践教学方案,在充分利用实验教学中心运行机制、提高课程实验教学成效的同时,积极开展第二课堂活动,强化学生创新能力培养,并充分利用校内外优良实习基地,切实提高后期实践教学质量。To determining talent training objectives around the orientation of local medical school, and according to the target of training applied talents optimizing practical teaching system, closely related to medicine talent vocational skill needs to implement practical teaching scheme, meanwhile in make full use of experiment teaching center operation mechanism to improve the effectiveness of experimen- tal teaching , actively carry out the second-class activities, strengthen students＇ innovation ability, and make full use of the inside and outside school good practice base, to improve the quality of later practical teaching.
