摘　　要：临床麻醉医生承担着为患者减轻痛苦、保障生命安全的重要责任,近年来科学学位研究生毕业后从事麻醉工作的比例增加。科室如何培养科学学位研究生,使其顺利适应麻醉工作并发挥科研优势,成为新形势下麻醉学继续教育的新问题。基于科学研究与麻醉临床工作的不同,从心理、操作、理论、文化方面探讨科学学位研究生的麻醉临床教育方法。The anesthesiologists take the important responsibilities on rehevmg tiae pain ana guaramg the life safety for patients. Recently, the percentage of scientific degree graduate students engaged in clinical anesthesia work has increased. How to cultivate these scientific degree graduate students, and make them smoothly adapt to anesthesia work and take the advantages of scientific research？ It is a new problem of anesthesiology continuing education under the new situation for anesthesia depart- ment. Based on the differences of scientific research and the anesthesia clinical work, the continuing education method on scientific degree graduate students has been explored from the aspects of psy- chology, operation, theory and culture.
