摘　　要：对外科手术学来说,技能的训练及考核培养显得尤为重要。该考核体系经过不断摸索取得了较大的成效,具体内容包括:贯穿整个课程的平时表现考核、课程中期的竞赛考核及课程末期的技能操作期末考核。本体系的特别之处在于考核时间及考核形式设置多样化,值得推广。For operative surgery, basic skills practice and assessment is especially important. Big effect has been achieved in our assessment system by trial and error. It mainly includes the following pro- grams： 1） peacetime performance which means the anesthesia note and operation record sheet writing during the entire course; 2） the evaluation in the form of competition in the middle of the course; 3） skills operation examination in the end of the course. A diversity of assessment time and form setting is a distinctive feature in this system and worth spreading.
