摘　　要：教学与科研是高等教育的两个主要方向。两者相辅相成,互相促进,共同发展。科研活动为教学提供新的知识和大量素材,教学活动则为科研提供新的研究思路,激发教育者的研究热情。本文从血液内科学的角度出发,阐述了医学院校教学与科研之间的关系,为整个高等医学教育事业的发展提供参考依据。Teaching and scientific research are the two main aspect of higher education. The two com- plement each other and promote common development. On the one hand, scientific research provides new knowledge for the students to learn, on the other hand, the teaching activity may inspire the teacher to explore new ideas of their research. In this article, we illustrated the relationship of teach- ing and research in medical schools from the perspective of hematology, and it will offer a useful ref- erence for .the development of higher medical education.
