摘　　要：外科临床实习是医学生实习的重要组成部分,如何通过调动实习生学习的积极性和提高临床带教教师对临床实习教学的重视,来提高外科实习的教学质量,完善实习教学大纲内容和考评体系,是外科临床实习带教教师重点关注和深入研究的课题之一。本文对目前在外科临床实习阶段中普遍存在的问题、影响因素及近年来在外科临床实习教学中的思考和探索进行总结,希望能跟广大临床带教医生交流探讨,为提高临床实习质量提供新的思路和解决方案。Surgical internship teaching is an crucial part of the internship of medical students. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning and improve the attention of clinical teachers in internship teaching of din- ical, m high the surgical internship teaching quality, improve the internship syllabus and evaluation system, is one of the teachers to focus attention and in-depth research internship surgery. This aricle on the common surgical clinical internship stage, influencing factors, and our thinking and exploring in surgical clinical intern ship in recent years were summarized, hope to the clinical doctor exchange of teaching, to improve the quality ofinternship teaching to provide new ideas and solutions.
