基于生态经济理论的滨州市防灾模式与对策

摘　　要：基于生态学经济理论,通过分析滨州市经济社会发展状况以及其独特的自然生态系统,进一步揭示了常见灾害发生的规律;结合高效生态经济区发展要求,探讨了滨州市有关防灾模式,包括"上农下渔"、"暗管改碱"、"枣粮间作"、"生物发酵床养殖"及"工业生态链"等模式,并提出了采用微生物技术进行盐碱地改良、开发耐盐药用植物、利用天敌防虫害、控制外来物种的入侵、灌区改造、新能源开发等防灾对策。Based on the theory of ecological economy, it analyzed the binzhou city economic and social development situation, its unique natural ecosystems, and reveals the law of the common disaster. Combined with the development plan of the efficient ecological area in Yellow River Delta, the patterns of the disaster prevention were put forward, in which includes the agriculture-fish eco-agriculture pattern, underground drainage pipe patterns, jujube tree-crop inter planting pattern, biological fermentation bed pattern, industrial ecological chain patterns, and so on. The countermeasures of the disaster prevention were discussed, on which includes using of the microorganism technology, the development of the resistance salt medicinal plant, the protection and utilization of natural enemies to control agricultural pests, the prevention and controlling alien species invasion, rehabilitation of irrigation district and the new energy development, etc.
