摘　　要：以Z市H区公选科级领导干部的综合笔试试卷为样本,运用考试统计分析方法,对公选科级领导干部综合科目笔试试卷结构的组成要素进行了综合分析,探讨了公选科级领导干部综合科目笔试试卷结构的设计原则和依据,从目标结构、内容结构、题型结构、难度结构、分数结构和时限结构6个方面构建了设计模型.Based on open selective Vice Section Chief （Bureau） class cadres comprehensive written test of H Dis- trict of Z City as samples, according to the Test Statistical Analysis Method, the elective KeJuJi leading cadres compre- hensive subject component of written test papers structure has carried on the comprehensive analysis, the paper at- tempts to carry out a preliminary discussion of the structure design principle and the basis on the test papers. It pro- vides technical support to enhance the credibility of cadre open selection, in which from the six structures modle de- signs of target,content, question types, difficulty, scores and TL（time limit）.
