摘 要:采用超声波强化溶剂萃取法对烟草原料进行了石油醚-水两步萃取研究,在单因素试验的基础上,利用正交试验方法对每步的超声萃取工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,最优工艺参数为:第一步石油醚提取温度50℃,提取时间60 min,提取料液质量比1︰10,超声功率200 W;第二步水提取温度50℃,提取时间60 min,提取料液质量比1︰15,超声功率200 W。在此条件下石油醚提取及水提取物平均得率分别达到3.32%和56.14%,均明显高于传统加热提取方式。The petroleum ether-water twice extraction of tobacco using ultrasonic-assisted method was studied. On the basis of single factor experiments, the key parameters for ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction were analyzed and optimized using orthogonal experiment design. The results indicated that the optimal values ofpararneters for petroleum ether extraction were as follows: extraction temperature 50 ℃, ultrasonic treatment time 60 rain, material-solvent ratio 1 : 10, ultrasonic power 200 W, and the optimal values of parameters for water extraction were as follows: extraction temperature 50 ℃, ultrasonic treatment time 60rain, material-solvent ratio 1 : 15, ultrasonic power 200 W. Under such conditions, the average yield of optimal petroleum ether extracts and water extracts from tobacco reached 3.32% and 56.14%, respectively, which were significantly higher than the yield of traditional heat extraction.
