摘  要:目的分析日香桂花挥发油的化学成分。方法采用真空蒸馏-真空精馏法提取日香桂花的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术定性分析日香桂花挥发油的化学成分。结果从日香桂花挥发油中检测出28种成分,共确认了其中22个化合物。结论首次分析了日香桂花的挥发油成分。OBJECTIVE To analyze the volatile constituents of the flowers of Osmanthus fragrans. METHODS The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed qualitatively by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (GC -MS). RESULTS 28 constituents were detected and 22 of them were identified from the flowers of Osmantkus fragrans. CONCLUSION The volatile constituents are investigated for the first time from the flowers of Osmanthus fragrans.
