农业劳动与运动锻炼对农民体质健康的影响关系

摘　　要：目的观察农业劳动与运动锻炼对农民体质健康的影响关系。方法将120例男性农民对象随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组进行正常农业劳动不参与体育锻炼,实验组在参与正常农业劳动的基础上辅以日常体育锻炼。于入选时及180 d后对2组对象体质指标进行比较。结果经180 d后,实验组体质指标较入选时比对照组明显改善(P﹤0.05),而对照组此时体质指标较入选时无明显改变(P﹥0.05)。结论农业劳动对身体的影响只能局限于某些部位的组织或器官,长期的农业劳动会使身体某一部位肌肉或组织负担过重,而其他部分活动量较小,导致肌肉间力量或组织部位发育不平衡影响农民体质健康,在农业劳动之余安排科学合理的体育锻炼,能使农民身体得到全面均衡的发展。OBJECTIVE The study aimed to determine the influence of agricultural labor and exercises on physical health of farmers and the correlation between the factors. METHODS 120 male farmers were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group; the control group involved in regular agricultural labor without practicing any physical exercise, whereas the experimental group engaged in both regular agricultural labor and daily physical exercise. Body mass indexes of the subjects in both groups were measured and compared at time of inclusion into the experiment and on the 180~＇ day into the experiment. RESULTS After 180 days of experiment, body mass index of the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the control group showed no significant change in body mass index as compared with that at time of inclusion into the experiment （P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION Agricultural labor only affects a limited number of tissues or organs of the body; extensive agricultural labor would overload certain muscles or tissues and under-exercise other parts of the body, causing imbalanced muscle strength or tissue development and affecting physical health of the farmers. Practicing scientifically rational physical exercises on top of regular agricultural work may allow a more holistic and balanced physical development among farmers.
