摘　　要：目的检测hepsin、maspin在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)及宫颈癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量逆转录-多聚酶链反应(Real-time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction,QRT-PCR)和免疫组化SP法,检测正常宫颈组织、CIN及宫颈癌组织中Hepsin、Maspin的表达。结果 (1)hepsin在宫颈癌组织中高表达;(2)maspin在宫颈癌组织中低表达。结论 (1)hepsin的异常表达对宫颈癌的发生发展起促进和/或协同作用,可能扮演癌基因的角色;(2)maspin的异常表达对宫颈癌的发生发展起抑制作用,证实其扮演抑癌基因的角色;(3)联合检测hepsin/Hepsin、maspin/Maspin对宫颈癌的诊断、治疗、预后及放化疗后的病情判断有一定的参考价值,可能成为宫颈癌治疗中一个新的靶向分子或参考指标。Objective To detect the expression of Hepsin and Maspin in normal cervical tissue, CIN and cervical carcinoma. To discuss the connection between Hepsin/Maspin and cervical carcinoma. Methods The expression of hepsin and maspin mRNA in normal cervical tissue, CIN and cervical carcinoma were detected by QRT - PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results （ 1 ） Hepsin gene expression was increased in cervical carcinoma. （2） Maspin gene expression was reduced in cervical carcinoma. Conclusion （ 1 ） The abnormal expression of hepsin was positively correlated with cervical carcinoma, which could paly the role as cancer genes. （2）The abnormal expression of maspin was related to the negative development and occurrence of cervical carcinoma, which could play the role as tumor suppressor genes. （ 3 ） There is some reference value of joint testting of hepsin/Hepsin and Maspin in the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis of cervical carcinoma and the evaluation after chemoradiation, which could be a new targeting molecule in cervical carcinoma treatment.
