摘　　要：尝试从培养模式的角度，分析湖北省中外合作办学护理人才培养模式的现状，找出存在的问题，提出相应的发展建议，以期对中外合作办学护理人才培养的可持续发展提供有益借鉴。From the standpoint of training mode, the paper makes an effort to analyze the present situa- tion on Sino-Foreign cooperation in running schools in mode of nursing personnel training in Hubei Province, find out the existing problems and put forward the corresponding proposals in order to ensure sustainable devel- opment of the Sino-Foreign cooperation in running schools in mode of nursing personnel training.
