摘 要:在室内模拟条件下研究了温度、pH值和湿度对新疆地区3株枣缩果病菌Alternariaalternata代表菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响,并采用菌丝生长速率法测定了8种杀菌剂对该病菌的致死中浓度。结果表明:3株病菌生长的适宜温度为25~300C,适宜pH为6~10;分生孢子萌发最适温度为28℃,pH为10,随着湿度增加,3株菌的分生孢子萌发率不断增加,AKS6T-1、KRL34TllL和KS44T14L在空气相对湿度为100%时孢子萌发率均最高,分别为88.33%、95.00%和92.00%。供试的8种杀菌剂中,70%代森锰锌WP对3株A.alternata菌丝生长抑制效果最好,抑制菌丝生长的EC50分别为0.074、0.098、0.034g/L,故70%代森锰锌WP可作为防治枣缩果病的首选药剂。The effects of temperature, pH and relative humidity on mycelia growth and spore germination of three representative strains Alternaria alternata in Xinjiang were conducted indoor. And eight kinds of fungicides to the pathogen EC50 were determined using mycelia growth rate method. The results showed that the optimum temperature of the three strains were 25-30℃ ,the optimum pH was 6 to 10;the spore germination optimum temperature was 28℃ ,pH was 10;with relative humidity increased, spore germination rate of three strains were also increased,when the relative humidity was 100% the spore germination up to 88. 33% , 95. 00% and 92.00% of AKS6T-1, KRL34TllL and KS44T14L respectively. For the 8 tested fungicides, Mancozeb 70% WP to threestrains of A. alternata showed better inhibition against mycelia growth,the EC50 was 0. 074,0. 098,0. 034 g/L, respectively. The Mancozeb 70% WP could be the primary fungicides to control jujube shrink disease in Xinjiang.
