摘　　要：大数据时代,信息技术和互联网的发展诱发了信息过载问题。本文针对这一背景以及公共图书馆主动式图书推荐服务中存在的对用户信息需求分析与挖掘不足的情况,构建图书馆个性化新书推荐系统,主要以读者借阅行为为研究对象,通过引入结合基于内容的系统过滤算法以及基于用户人口学特征的推荐算法,设计了个性化新书推荐系统,提高新书的知晓率和借阅率,并通过实验证明该系统的有效性。In the era of big data, advances in information technology and Internet have led to infbrmation overload. Under such a context and aiming at the disadvantage of insufficient data analysis and data mining of patrons＇ information needs in the book recommender system in public libraries, this paper brings forward the construction of personalized book recommender system by means of content-based collaborative filter algorithm and demographics-based cluster analysis. It then tests the system for its efficiency in enhancing circulation and book recommendation.
