摘　　要：水生态文明是生态文明的重要部分和基础内容。实现水资源的永续利用,支撑经济社会的可持续发展,必须加快推进水生态文明建设。抓好水生态文明建设要树立新理念,建立新的体制机制,要提高规划的地位与内涵,注重实施主体的多元性。水生态文明建设通过人的积极主动的行为顺应自然、保护自然,以人水和谐推动文明进步。The water ecological civilization is an important component and basic section of ecological civilization Achieving the sustainable utilization of water resources to ecological civilization construction must be accelerated. For support the sustainable development of society, the water the water ecological civilization construction to be effective, it should set up new concepts, get institutional innovation, improve the planning status and emphasize multiformity of subjects. The water ecological civilization construction is respecting and protecting nature by proactive behavior of people, and also is promoting the civilization with the harmony between humans and water.
