研究生培养现状调查与分析

摘　　要：通过对某高校的调查发现,研究生培养中存在的问题有:课程体系尤其是公共课程体系不合理,教学内容与本科教学内容部分相同;教学规范性不够、随意性较大,教学方法较少采用研讨法;师生交流与沟通少,阅读和论文指导不深入,缺乏全面指导等。这些问题已影响到研究生培养质量,因而改进研究生培养是当务之急。The investigation shows that the curriculum system is unreasonable, especially the basic curriculum system, the teaching contents are partly alike and overlapping; there are irregularities and randomness in curriculum teaching, the fundamental teaching method is lecture and seminar is used less, the communication between faculty and postgraduates is infrequent, and instruction on reading and thesis doesn＇t go further; overall direction is also less. Therefore, it＇s absolutely imperative to improve postgraduate cultivation.
