摘　　要：高校学位论文的存储和管理比较分散,缺乏有效的协调与合作,检索比较繁琐。文章以CALIS中文图书MARC格式为依据,结合燕山大学学位论文撰写格式,在不影响检索的基础上减少不必要的标识符及多余的CNMARC字段,通过简单学位论文CNMARC字段编目,实现学位论文的一体化存储、一体化检索和一体化显示。Dissertation retrieval is relatively complicated, because of the dispersion of storage and management of the dissertations, and lack of effective coordination and cooperation. On the basis of CALLS Chinese book MARC format, combined with Yanshan University dissertation writing format, unnecessary identifiers and superfluous CNMARC fields are reduced without affecting the retrieval. Through a simple CNMARC field cataloging for dissertation, the integration of dissertation storage, retrieval and display is realized.
