苍脂颗粒对功能性消化不良的疗效观察及药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察苍脂颗粒 (CZ)对功能性消化不良的治疗效果并进行药效学研究。方法 :选择运动障碍型功能性消化不良患者 2 2 0例并分为两组 ,其中 CZ治疗组 148例 ,西沙必利 (Cis)对照组 72例。采用评分的方法 ,通过患者服用 CZ前后 ,以上腹胀满、上腹疼痛、腹胀、食欲不振、嗳气、烧心和反酸等症状的改善 ,为疗效的主要判断标准 ,进行半定量的研究。同时采用酚红法观察了 CZ对大鼠胃排空、肠推进过程的影响。结果 :CZ组及 Cis组的显效率和总有效率分别为 86 .5 %、6 1.1%和 97.8%、90 .3% ;CZ对大鼠胃排空推进过程有明显的促进作用 ,但其增加程度不及胃复安。结论 :CZ对功能性消化不良患者主症及 7项症状具有一定改善作用 ,并能明显促进大鼠胃排空过程 ,提示 CZ治疗运动障碍型功能性消化不良是一个理想的药物。Objective:To investigate the therapeutical effects of Cangzhi granule(CZ) on patients with functional dyspepsia and its pharmacodynamics.Methods:220 cases of dysmotility like functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups.The CZ group of 148 cases and cisapride(Cis)group of 72 cases as contrast.Seven kinds of symptom(upper abdominal fullness,upper abdominal pain,abdominal distension,loss of appetite,belching,heartburn and acid regurgitation)were semiquantified.Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by the score difference pre and post treatment.The prokinetic property was experimentally studied on rat.Results:The noticeable effective rate and total effective rate were 86.5%,97.8% in CZ group while 61.6%,90.3% respectively in Cis group.The process of gastric empty in rat were significantly increased in CZ group,but raising extent was less than that of metoclopramide.Conclusion:Since cisapride is a prokinetic agent that is acceptable in general as the first line drug for dysmotility like functional dyspepsia,the similar and some superior therapeutic efficacy and prokinetic action observed in this study indicate that Cangzhi granule is an ideal drug for functional dyspepsia.
