摘　　要：目的 :探讨胃粘膜中热休克蛋白 72 (HSP72 )、幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)的热休克蛋白 6 0 (又称 HSP B)在 Hp感染中的病理生理意义。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法和 Western blotting法检测 Hp(+ )组和 Hp(- )组的十二指肠球部溃疡患者胃窦粘膜中 HSP72 、HSP B的表达情况。结果 :Hp(+ )组 HSP72 的表达明显高于 Hp(- )组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Hp(+ )组 HSP B的表达显著高于 Hp(- )组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Hp自身可表达 HSP B作为其致病因子 ;Hp又可诱导胃粘膜表达 HSP72 介导胃粘膜的细胞保护机制。Objective:To investigate the pathophysiological mechanism of HSP 72 、HSP B in the infection of helicobacter pylori.Methods:Immunohistochemical study used SABC kit.Micro image analysis system was MPIAS.The method of Western blotting were used to measure HSP.Results:①HSP 72 of the gastric mucosa in group with Hp(+) increased compared with group with Hp(-)(P< 0.05 ).②HSP B of the gastric mucosa in group with Hp(+) increaed compared with group with Hp(-)(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:Hp express HSP B as a pathogenic factor.HSP 72 was induced by Hp to protect the gastric mucosa.
