摘  要:目的了解兰州地区高校大学生乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)知识、行为和态度,为加强大学生乙肝防治知识的教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对兰州地区4所高校1 617名大学生进行问卷调查;并运用多因素Logistic回归分析乙肝知识知晓情况影响因素。结果乙肝知识得分优秀者有543人(33.58%);得知同学感染乙肝后,仅有22.51%的学生会和往常一样与其交往,30.80%的学生愿意与乙肝病毒感染的同学一起共餐。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,汉族学生乙肝知识的掌握情况要好于少数民族学生,来自于城市的大学生好于农村学生,医学类专业的大学生好于非医学专业学生(P值均<0.05)。结论要加强兰州地区大学生乙肝防治知识的宣传教育,增强高校大学生的自我保护意识,消除歧视心理。Objective To understand the knowledge,practice and attitude about hepatitis B among college students in Lanzhou,and to provide evidence for the preventive health education. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among1 617 college students by stratified-cluster sampling method. Multivariable stepwise logistic regression analyses were employed to examine the knowledge of hepatitis B influencing factors. Results There were 543( 33. 58%) students scored≥7 points in hepatitis B knowledge. When they learned about their classmates were HBV carriers,only 22. 51% of students believed that it would not affect the relation,and 30. 80% students would have meals with HBV-infected individuals. Multivariable stepwise logistic regression analyses about hepatitis B knowledge showed that Han students were higher than those of minority ethnic groups( OR = 1. 50,95% CI = 1. 08-2. 10). The students from rural were higher than urban( OR = 1. 64,95% CI = 1. 30-2. 08). Medical specialty students were higher than others specialty( OR = 3. 77,95% CI = 2. 61-5. 44). Conclusion It is important to strengthen health education in college students in order to improve college students' protect consciousness and wipe out discrimination.
