徐州市幼儿园营养师配备及需求情况

摘　　要：目的研究幼儿园营养师的配置情况以及需求的影响因素,为有关部门决策提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对徐州市的城市和农村幼儿园52所开展调查,了解幼儿园营养师的配置情况及儿童家长、幼儿园工作人员对营养师配备的态度。结果幼儿园营养师配置率为44.2%,其中65.2%是兼职;城市配置率为56.8%,农村为13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。近3 a希望配置营养师的幼儿园,对营养师性别、学历、专业的要求是:女性占83.7%;营养学专业占81.8%;高中/专科学历占62.8%,大学学历占34.9%;有营养师资格证书占81.8%。Logistic回归分析幼儿园营养师配置的影响因素是:家长年龄、对营养师的知晓情况以及幼儿园职工人数(P值均<0.05)。结论徐州市城乡幼儿园营养师配置率不高;幼儿园是否配备营养师与幼儿园发展规模、家长的年龄及对营养师的了解程度有关。Objective To investigate the dietitian accouterment and influencing factors of kindergarten in Xuzhou. Methods A stratified cluster sampling investigation was conducted about dietitian accouterment and influencing factors in Xuzhou city and rural kindergarten. Results About 44. 2% of kindergartens had dietitians,city for 56. 8%,countryside for 13. 3% respectively,and of which 65. 2% were part-time. In nearly 3 years,the kindergarten which would equip dietitian with expectations on gender,education background and professional： female staff for 83. 7%,nutrition major for 81. 8%,degree of senior high school for 62. 8%,university for 34. 9%,and dietitian certification for 81. 8% respectively. Age of parents and kindergarten staff,the scale of kindergarten,and nutrition awareness of kindergarten staff and the children parents were influencing factors by Logistic regression analysis（ P0. 05）. Conclusion The rate of dietitian accouterment in Xuzhou kindergarten is not high. Whether the kindergarten accounting dietitians depends on the kindergarten scale,age and nutrition awareness of parents and kindergarten staff.
