摘　　要：基于服务能力、高新技术发展水平及服务过程三个维度,建立苏州市高技术服务企业评价指标体系,并根据苏州市高技术服务企业发展调查数据,采用AHP实证分析影响苏州市高技术服务企业发展的各种因素并提出相应的对策和建议,以期对苏州市高技术服务业的发展有所裨益。Based on the three dimensions of service capabilities, high - tech development level and service process, using AHP to establish the evaluation index system of high - tech service enterprises in Suzhou, and in accordance with the development of high - tech service enterprises in Suzhou survey data, the paper carried out the in - depth analysis of the impact of the various factors on the development of high - tech service enterprises in Suzhou, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the development of high -tech service industry in Suzhou.
