摘　　要：运用TRIZ,有利于激发创新灵感、加快创造发明的进程、提高产品、企业、区域和国家竞争力;利用SWOT方法深入分析合芜蚌自主创新实验区普及TRIZ的形势,进而提出应用TRIZ的策略和流程。Using TRIZ helps to stimulate innovation and inspiration, speed up the process of invention, and improve competitiveness of product, enterprise, regions and country. The essay analyzes deeply the situation of Hefei Wuhu Bengbu testing area of independent innovation popularizing TRIZ, then proposes the strategies and processes of using TRIZ.
