摘　　要：依据复杂系统理论,分析我国战略性新兴产业集群式创新的自组织特性、动力机制与演进过程,并从产业需求、收益回报、创新要素与架构、制度安排、节点企业创新素质与能级等方面分析战略性新兴产业集群式创新的关键诱导因素。This paper points out that the key to solve the bottleneck for dynamic mechanism and emergence mechanism is to organize a set of induction mechanism. Also this paper researches on the self - organizing characteristic and dynamic mechanism and process in cluster innovation of strategic emerging industries, and refers the key induction factors as strong industry demand, optimistic attractive returns, complete structure and elements for innovation, highly active system arrangement, and continually improving innovation quality and level of enterprises in the clusters.
