浅议中医体质学说在妇科病防治中的应用

摘　　要：体质学说,是以中医论为指导,研究正常人体体质的概念、形成、特征、类型、差异规律,及其对疾病发生、发展过程的影响,并以此指导对疾病进行诊断和防治的理论知识。以体质学说来正确指导妇科病的防治具有相当重要的意义,这决定了妇科病的发生、发展和对治疗的反应以及预后都具有独特性。体质学说认为体质不仅表现为在生理状态下对外界刺激的反应和适应上的差异,而且是机体发病的内部因素,它不但决定着对某些致病因素的易感性,而且决定着某些疾病的类型。体质的偏颇对某些疾病具有易感性的特点,对疾病的转归和预后均具有一定程度的影响。研究妇女体质是归纳妇女体质共性的基础,研究妇女体质共性的差异性是为了更好地把握妇女体质的整体概貌,以便有效地指导疾病的防治。Theory of constitution,taking the Chinese medicine theory as a guide, studies the concept of normal human body physique,formation ,characteristics, types, difference rules, and its influence on disease occurrence, development process, which can guide the diagnosis and prevention of disease. It is very important to control the constitution theory to guide the gynecology disease ,which determines the gynecological disease occurrence, development and treatment response and the prognosis is unique, Theory of constitution not only shows the reactions to the external stimulation and adaptation on the differences in the physiological condition,but also is the internal factors of body disease. It not only decides the susceptibility of some pathogenic factors,but also determines the types of certain diseases. Physical bias with susceptibility to certain diseases affect the characteristics, and has a certain degree of disease and prognosis. Study on women＇s physique is based on women＇s physical characteristics and differences between women＇s physique in common in order to better grasp the overall situation of women＇s physique, so as to effectively guide the disease prevention.
