摘　　要：目的:探讨参脉注射液对原发性肝癌化疗后副作用的防治。方法:选取18位采取化疗的肝癌患者,随机分成治疗组与对照组,对比两组患者化疗以后的副作用情况。结果:在治疗的有效率方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,其差异具有统计学意义。结论:对于肝癌化疗患者使用参麦注射液,能使化疗后的副作用得到明显减轻,使化疗效果得到提升。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Shenmai Injection of primary liver cancer for preventing and treating chemo therapy side effects. Methods ： 18 patients with primary liver cancer taking chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, comparing two groups＇side effects of patients after chemotherapy. Results：The treatment group efficiency was statistically significant compared with that in the control group,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion：For patients with liver cancer, the side effects of chemotherapy can be significantly reduced by Shenmai Injection, so the effect of chemotherapy may be raised.
