摘　　要：根据近年来国内外文献资料,总结、归纳已报道的各种结构类型的非甾体抗炎药的抗肿瘤活性,综述了近年来非甾体抗炎药抗肿瘤活性的研究进展,其中包括:水杨酸衍生物、芳基烷酸类、1,2-苯并噻嗪类、邻氨基苯甲酸和二芳基取代类,并讨论了新型非甾体抗炎药的抗肿瘤作用的研究方向,为具有抗肿瘤活性的非甾体抗炎药的开发提供了思路。According to the literature at home and abroad in recent years, the reported anti-tumor activity of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with a variety of structural types was summarized. The progress in research of anti-tumor activity of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was reviewed. These drugs included salicylic acid de- rivatives, aryl alkyl acids, 1,2-benzothiazineanthranilic acid and diaryl class. The prospection for research directions of the anti-tumor effects of new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was also discussed. The progress will provide references for develooment of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatorv drus with anti-tumor activity.
