摘　　要：目的:通过分析已有的依度沙班及其关键中间体的合成方法,找到适合工业化生产的合成路线。方法:对不同合成路线进行总结。结果与结论:以化合物(1R,2S,5S)-2-氨基-5-[(二甲氨基)羰基]环己基氨基甲酸叔丁酯(32)为起始原料的路线工艺相对简单,更加适合工业化生产。Objective ： To review the existing synthetic routes and find the suitable synthetic routes of edox aban and its intermediates. Methods： We summarized various synthetic processes of edoxaban. Results and con clusion ： The route started with compoumd tertbutyl （ （ 1 R, 2S, 5S） 2amino5 （dimethylcarbamoyl） cyclohexyl） carbamate （32） shows more favorable and commercial value in the manufacturing scale
