自体巩膜条翻转引流青光眼滤过术

摘　　要：目的为防止青光眼滤过术后房水引流不畅和术后浅前房。方法我们设计并开展了自体巩膜条翻转引流术，在常规小梁切除术的巩膜瓣后，再做一板层巩膜条，翻转后植入巩膜瓣下，两侧做密闭缝合。结果治疗７８只眼术后早期观察前房形成良好，眼压正常。随访２年，１只眼滤过泡消失，手术失败。７７只眼滤过泡保持功能滤过泡，眼压正常。结论自体巩膜条翻转引流术对长期保持法过功能及防止并发症有良好的效果。Objective In order to prevent aqueous hunor indequate drainage and postoperative shallow anterior after glaucona filtering surgery. Methods We designed and performed the turning of scleral flap of selfbody over drainage surgery, made another atripshaped scleral flap after performing scleral flap of routing trabeculgctomg it under the scleral flap after having turned it over,sewed both sides of the soleal flap tighyly. Resuits The results showed that the anterior chambers in 78 eyes were well - formed,and the intraocular pressure was normal, 78 eyes were followed for 2 years,only one filteration bleb disapperared,the surgery failed. Filtration blebs in 77 eyes maintained functional conjunctival blebs of filtration,and intraocular pressure remained normal. Conclusion This study suggests that the turning of scleral flap of selfbody over drainage surgery help to maintain filtering function for a long time and to prevent complication after filtering surgery.
