摘　　要：目的观察自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对４６例（５２眼）初发和复发性翼状胬肉患者采用显微手术切除联合自体角膜缘上皮移植术进行治疗，术后随访１～２年。结果４６例（５２眼）中，４２例（４７眼）角膜上皮稳定，供区创面正常愈合，无１例胬肉复发。４例（５眼）失访。结论自体角膜缘上皮移植可为病变区角膜和结膜提供新的干细胞来源，是治疗初发性和复发性翼状胬肉的理想方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of limbal epithelial autograft transplantation for treatment of pterygium. Methods Pterygium excision and limbal epithelial autograft transplantation were performed on 46 cases (52 eyes) with primary and recurrent pterygium. The post -operative follow- up periods ranged from 1 to 2 yesra. Results Of 46 cases (52 eyes),there were 42 cases (47 eyes) with stable epithelial healing, no recurrence were found, and 4 cases (5 eyes ) loss of follow - up. Conclusions To provede new stem cell source for injured limbus with limbal epithelial autograft transplantation is a reasonable therapeuteic method for treatment of pterygium.
