摘　　要：自2011年7月新政策将中小企业划分为中型、小型、微型三种类型以来,各省市不断出台有针对性、时效性的优惠政策,加大对微型企业扶持力度。要使各项政策获得实效,首先需要对微型企业的现状有清晰的了解。文章以重庆市为例,深入分析重庆市微型企业及孵化基地的发展现状,厘清微型企业及孵化基地取得的成就及面临的问题,从而为有针对性地解决我国微型企业及孵化基地存在的问题提供思路。Since July 2011, in the new policy, the small and medium-sized enterprises have been divided into three types of medium, small and miniature type. Many provinces have gradually introduced preferential policies which are pertinent and time-dependent to increase support for the micro-enterprises. In order to make the policies effective, we need to have a clear understanding of the micro-enterprises＇ situation at present. This paper takes Chongqing as an example, to deeply analyze its current situation of micro-enterprises and incubation bases, and find out their achievements and problems, in order to provide the methods for solving the problems of micro-enterprises and incubation bases in China.
