摘　　要：通过对我国网络出版的现状及特点进行概述,对影响我国网络出版产业发展微观层面和宏观层面的瓶颈因素进行分析和探讨,并提出加强网络出版产业的宏观管理,加快技术创新、提高国际竞争力、统一标准规范等相应的对策。The current situation and characteristics of network publishing in China was summarized, bottleneck fac- tors of micro and macro level influencing network publishing in China were analyzed and explored. The counter- measure and suggestions, such as strengthening the network publishing industry, speeding up technological innova- tion, improving international competitive power, unifying standards, are proposed.
