摘　　要：从古希腊时期家族式的内科医师行会到近代各类医学团体形成,西方社会对医事活动的管理历经行会、教会、政府和社会等不同阶段,其间医学职业不断走向规范化和专业化,也正是由于医学职业的规范化和专业化的建设与发展,从而促进了医学教育的可持性发展。因此,医学教育的发展是医学职业规范化的前提,医学科技的进步推动着医学职业的不断分化,而随着医学职业社会化管理工作的推进,行业自律性不断增强,医学职业的社会声誉也得到了较大提升。From the physician guilds in ancient Greece to various medical groups in the modern society, western medical professions have been gradually socialized. The specialization of the medical professions, which is required hy the development of medical education and the pro- gress of medical techniques, is the prerequisite of the socialization. On the other hand, the socialization significantly improved the industry stand- ards and service level of the medical professions, and also improved the social status of medical employees.
