摘　　要：目的:利用双源CT研究窦房结动脉的结构、形态和走行,为与有关心脏手术治疗提供影像学资料。方法:对就诊于吉林大学第一医院的196患者的冠脉CTA图像进行处理,并对窦房结动脉的相关参数进行测量研究。结果:研究测量了窦房结动脉发出走形情况、直径、长度,以及起点与冠脉开口的距离。结论:窦房结动脉的走形较为多变,在进行心脏相关手术时需加以保护,冠脉近端的狭窄需特别注意窦房结动脉的血供。Objective Dual - source CT was used to study the structure, shape and direction of the sinus node artery, to provide imaging data for the cardiac surgery. Method To process the coronary CTA image of 196 patients who see doctor in the first hospital of jilin univer- sity, and measure the parameters of the sinus node artery. Results Measured the sinus node artery contorts situation, diameter,length, as well as the starting point and coronary artery open distance of the sinus node artery＇s related parameters. Conclusion The sinus node artery contorts are more changeable,they needto be protected when related heart surgery does,the near part of coronary artery has a stenosis,we should pay more attention to the sinus node artery＇s blood supply.
