摘 要:中小城市在城市规模、客运流量及经济发展水平等方面均与大城市有所不同,因此其长途客运站的选址布局方法也与大城市的方法原则有较大差别。这里在分析中小城市长途客运站选址布局的特殊性及其要点的基础上,拟定了选址布局的规划原则。通过对目前选址布局常用方法的综合分析与比较,总结出各种选址布局方法的优缺点及适用条件,并以如东县客运站选址为实证研究,结合各种选址布局方法的特点及如东县道路网结构、客流组织和空间发展等因素综合分析,筛选出适合中小城市选址布局的几种方法,拟采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法确定中小城市长途客运站选址布局的决策方案。以期为当前中小城市客运站合理布局、合理设计提供参考依据,并达到改善城市对外交通运输环境,解决现状交通问题的目的。Small and medium-sized cities in the aspects of city scale, passenger flow and the level of economic development are different from large cities; thus there is great difference between the principles and methods of the long-distance passenger station layout method. Based on the particularity of small and medium-sized city long-distance passenger layout station and its main points, site layout planning principle is proposed. The commonly used location methods are synthetically analyzed and compared, and the advantages and disadvantages of various layout methods and application conditions are summarized. Taking Rudong County as an empirical study on the passenger station layout, comprehensive analysis on the factors and characteristics of Rudong county such as road network structure, traffic organization, space development, combined with a variety of layout methods, several methods for small and medium-sized city layout are screened and the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis should be used to determine the long-distance passenger station location for small and medium-sized cities. The purpose is to provide reference basis for reasonable design, and to improve the city's traffic environment and solve the traffic problems.
