摘　　要：目前所推进的国际化课程改革对提高高等教育质量和培养新型人才具有十分重要的意义,针对该背景下高校教师队伍建设的新特点,从引进人才的合理化、制度化,建立精品课程负责人制度,加强高校教师培训力度,建立、健全教师管理机制以及管理制度等方面论述高校教师队伍建设。The current promoted internationalized curriculum reform to improve the quality of higher education and cultivation of new talents is of great significance. For teachers＇ team construction in colleges and universities under the background of the new features, this article introduced from strengthening rationalization and institutionalization of talents introduction, establishing the responsibility of the head of the high-quality curriculum system, strengthening the teacher training in colleges and universities, and establishing and improving the teachers＇ management mechanism and management system.
