摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法、索氏提取法分别提取苗药八爪金龙(Ardisia crispa(Thunb.)DC.)中的挥发油和岩白菜素.利用GC/MS法及HPLC/MS法对挥发油及岩白菜素含量进行测定.结果表明,岩白菜素在30.300~912.000 ng/mL范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=-0.999 1),平均回收率为97.66%(RSD=2.31%);八爪金龙挥发油主要成分有己醛、(Z)-2-庚烯醛、3-羟基-1-辛烯、石竹烯、龙脑、9,12,15-十八三烯、3-苯基-2-丙烯醛、芳姜黄酮、n-癸酸、十二烷酸、正丁烯基苯酞、棕榈酸等,含量分别为7.72%、1.82%、1.92%、1.85%、2.48%、2.98%、3.06%、5.17%、4.08%、7.36%、3.11%、29.11%.GC/MS法测定出挥发油中的27个成分,占挥发油总量的87.17%.建立的HPLC/MS方法简单、准确、重复性好,可作为八爪金龙根药材质量检测的方法.The volatile oil and bergenin were extracted with the steam distillation and soxhlet extraction from Ardisia crispa (Thunb.)DC.,respectively.And the chemical components and relative contents of volatile oil and bergenin were indentified by GC/MS method and HPLC/MS method.The results showed that the bergenin was linear with the peak area in the range of 30.300~912.000 ng/mol(r=-0.999 1) and the average recovery rate was 97.66%(RSD=2.31%).The main components of volatile oil were caproaldehyde (7.72%),(Z)-2-heptenal (1.82%),l-octen-3-ol (1.92%),caryophyllene (1.85%),bomeol (2.48%),9,12,15-octadecatrien-1-ol(2.98%),3-phenyl-2-propenal(3.06%),ar-tumerone(5.17%),n-decanoic acid(4.08%),dodecanoicacid (7.36%),butylidenephthalide (3.11%) and hexadecylic acid (29.11%).There were 27 components identified from thevolatile oil by GC/MS method,accounting for 87.17% of the total volatilel oil.The HPLC/MS method is accurate,sensitiveand with good repeatability,and can precisely determine bergenin content in Ardisia crispa(Thunb.)DC.
