农业家族企业的持续创业与新农村建设

摘　　要：如何识别和开发机会是农村创业研究的关键研究内容。研究结果表明,为了回应当地农村社区环境和农业产业特性,农村创业企业常常选择了高家族涉入,并调整了其创业目标设定和合法性构建活动。高家族涉入使得创业企业不仅拥有相关产业信息、了解农村环境,而且反应迅速、关键资源封闭于家族内部而得以形成很强的战略隔绝能力;不纯粹追逐企业利益最大化,而是尽可能实现家族、企业、乡亲、村庄多赢的创业目标设定,紧紧围绕农业企业的土地依赖性和农村社区村庄文化的合法性构建活动,这些因素使得农业家族企业的持续创业活动与当地的新农村建设结合,取得了良好的经济和社会绩效。How to identify and exploit opportunity is the key research content of rural entrepreneurship. This paper show that,in response to the local rural community environment and agricultural industry characteristics,entrepreneurial enterprises in rural areas often choose high family involvement,and adjust its entrepreneurship goal and construction activity of the legitimacy. High family involvement makes the enterprise not only have enough information on agriculture and rural environment,and quick reaction,the key resources within the family and closed in to forma strong strategic insulating ability; not pure pursuit of maximizing the interests of enterprises,but as far as possible to achieve a win for family,enterprise,villagers, and village; construction activities of the legitimacy focusing on agricultural enterprises depend on the land and the rural community of village culture,these factors make the sustainable entrepreneurship of agricultural family enterprise and the new countryside construction binding,ultimately achieved good economic and social performance.
