摘  要:轻质菱苦土木丝板是一种具有环保、装饰等功能的新型建筑材料。传统的冷压法和热压法压制的木丝板的各项性能均不理想。本文采用蒸压法来制备轻质菱苦土木丝板,并借助XRD、SEM微观手段来研究分析其蒸压机理。结果表明:通过蒸压方法制备的木丝板表面结构稳定,吸湿性和木丝板的力学性能较好。The low density magnesia-bonded wood wool panel is a new kind of building material with functions of environment protection, heat insulation, sound absorption and decoration. The traditional technologies of manufacturing wood wool panel are cold-pressing and hot-pressing. The properties of wood wool panels pressed by the two methods,however, are not so good. In this paper, wood wool panel was manufactures by steam-pressing, and the steam-pressing mechanism was studied by the means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the surface structure of wood wool panel made by steam-pressing was stable, the hygroscopicity and mechanical property were good.
