摘　　要：目的:通过对引起眼科门诊感染因素的分析,采取有效的措施,避免交叉感染。方法:根据眼科门诊的工作特点,实施上班前环境清洁消毒、加强人员培训、医疗器械定时消毒灭菌、药物专人监管,完善规章制度,制定操作规程等干预措施。结果:空气、物表、工作人员手指均达到消毒技术规范要求的标准。2011年至今患者无一例交叉感染。结论:控制和预防感染是眼科门诊重要环节。Objective We analysis the infection factors in the outpatient department of ophthalmology, so that take effective measures to avoid cross infection. Methods According to the features of the outpatient department of ophthalmology,we formulate a series of measures to improve the regulations. These measures are as follows： disinfect the clinical environment before working,to strength training, sterilize the medical equipments regularly,and let a special person to supervise the medicines. Results Air,surface,finaers of the staffs all have reached the standards of disinfection technical specification requirements. Since 2011,no patients have cross infection. Conclusion It is vital for the outpatient department of ophthalmology to control and prevent the infection.
