透明质酸钠关节腔注射对无错牙合畸形关节盘前移位患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：评价透明质酸钠关节腔注射治疗无错盼畸形颞下颌关节盘前移位的临床疗效。方法：选择46名非错豁畸形颞下颌关节盘前移位患者用透明质酸钠同时进行关节上下腔注射治疗，治疗完成（每周注射1次，每位患者注射3～4次）后1周，每月1次复诊，随访6个月，行关节常规检查并拍曲面断层片，并行颞下颌关节核磁检查，评价治疗效果。结果：经过治疗，随访6个月后，41例弹响患者中27例弹响完全消失6例弹响明显减轻（总有效率80．49％），17例疼痛患者中11例疼痛消失3例患者疼痛减轻（总有效率82．35％），6例张口受限患者中4例转为正常，1例张口度改善超过5mm（总有效率83．33％）。结论：关节腔注射对治疗无错骼畸形伴颞下颌关节盘前移位具有较好的疗效。Objective To value the clinical effects of injection sodium hyaluronate intra-anticular to temporal-mandibular joint （TMJ）anteriordisc displacement with non-malocclusion. Methods The 46 patients who have TMJ anteriordisc displacement with non-malocclusion were injected into upper cavity and lower cavity of condyles with sodium hyaluronate.The therapy was accomplished for repeated three and four times once a week. After following up for 6 months,the effects of therapy were valued by MRI and orthopantomography examinations. Results After treated to 41 patients,the clicking of joint in 27 patients was disappeared and 6 patients were relieved （80.49%）,the pain of the joint in 17 patients was disappeared and 3 patients were alleviated （82.35%）,the limited of mouth opening in 6 patients was cured and 1 patient was improved for 5mm （83.33%）. Conclusion The method of injection with sodium hyaluronate is effectively to cure the TMJ anteriordisc displacement with non-malocclusion.
