S-1新辅助化疗联合手术治疗30例局部进展期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察S-1新辅助化疗联合手术治疗30例局部进展期胃癌的临床效果。方法:对2010年6月至2011年12月行S-1新辅助化疗联合手术治疗的30例局部进展期胃癌患者进行临床观察,与同期行单纯手术治疗的53例局部进展期胃癌患者进行对照。评估其疗效及安全性。结果:行S-1新辅助化疗联合手术治疗的患者,其肿瘤TNM降期率为33.3%(10/30),肿瘤病理缓解率为36.7%(11/30)。化疗相关毒副反应发生低,未增加手术相关并发症发生率及死亡率。术后1年生存率达(93.33±4.55)%。结论:S-1新辅助化疗联合手术治疗局部进展期胃癌具有较好的近期疗效,且安全性良好。Objective：To observe therapeutic effect of S - 1 neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed surgery for local advanced gastric cancer. Methods：From 2010 to 2011,30 patients with local advanced gastric cancer were given S - 1 neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed surgery. Another 53 patients with similar TNM staging during the same period underwent surgery only were control. The therapeutic effect and safety of S - 1 neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed sur- gery were assessed. Results ： After patients accepted S - 1 neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed surgery, the tumor down - staging rate was 33.3% （10/30） , the pathological response rate was 36.7% （11/30）. The toxic reactions were low, surgical complications and mortality was not increased. 1 - year survival rate was （ 93.33 ± 4.55 ） %. Conclu- sion：S - 1 neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed surgery for local advanced gastric cancer can improve the recent effica- cy, and have good safety.
